Battle River Watershed Association (BRWA) has released their state of the Battle River and Sounding Creek Watersheds Report 2011. The report provides an overview of the current ecological, social and economic conditions in our watersheds and we highly recommend you read this report.
With the launch of this report, the BRWA is hosting community workshops across the Battle River and Sounding Creek watersheds. The purpose of these workshops is to share information from the "State of" report and hear from watershed residents and stakeholders on the issues and opportunities facing our watersheds.
These discussions will help inform our decisions as we move forward in planning how to best manage our watersheds.
